1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of HadeSystems services, including dedicated GPU servers, AI infrastructure, manual provisioning, support, billing, and related services. By using our website or ordering a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
HadeSystems provides dedicated GPU servers intended for AI workloads such as inference, LLM hosting, fine-tuning, generative AI, automation, testing, and production deployment. Services are provisioned manually after order review and payment confirmation.
3. Orders and Manual Approval
All orders may be subject to manual review. We reserve the right to request additional information, refuse an order, cancel suspicious orders, or delay provisioning when fraud, abuse, or policy concerns exist.
4. Pricing and Setup Fees
Monthly server pricing is displayed on the website. A deployment and provisioning fee may apply to monthly contracts. The deployment fee may be waived for 6-month commitments when stated on the product page or invoice.
5. Payments
Payments may be accepted by card, bank-supported payment methods, or crypto payment methods when available. For manual USDC payments, the customer must provide the invoice number, transaction hash, and network used. Services are activated only after payment confirmation.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of dedicated hardware allocation and manual provisioning, setup fees and activated server services are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case before provisioning has started.
7. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use HadeSystems services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including:
- Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, or unauthorized access
- Copyright infringement or illegal content hosting
- Network abuse, scanning, attacks, or denial-of-service activity
- Fraudulent activity, stolen payment methods, or sanctions evasion
- Any workload that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate services without notice if abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms is detected.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing their servers, managing access credentials, maintaining backups, complying with applicable laws, and ensuring that their workloads do not violate these terms.
10. Availability and Support
We aim to provide reliable infrastructure, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, hardware replacement, datacenter issues, network interruptions, or security actions may affect availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
HadeSystems is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages resulting from customer misuse, third-party services, software errors, or force majeure events.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
